Refund Policy - the basics

At Aire, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide exchanges under the following conditions:

 

1. Eligibility for Exchange

• (If defected) Items must be returned within [7] days of the purchase/delivery date.

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Exchange Process

2. Approval & Return Instructions: Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Shipping the Product: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Receiving Your Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the replacement product.

 

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

• Items returned without prior approval.

• Custom or personalized products.

 

4. Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

• If the exchange is due to a defect or an incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs.
